DOES THE HOUSE YOU ARE BUYING HAVE MOLD? YES!
It is impossible to completely eliminate all mold and mold spores indoors. Mold can be found in several areas in every home environment. Everyone is affected differently when in contact with mold. The mold that may not bother the seller may severely affect the buyer. People most at risk include: infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly, and individuals with allergies and asthma. How will if affect your family? It depends on the level inside the house.

HOME SALES DO NOT NEED TO BE BROKEN OVER MOLD!
If the home you are thinking about selling or buying has high levels of mold, DO NOT PANIC! Your Realtor or home inspector can help you hire a professional that can reduce unusually high mold levels from the home and bring it down to normal condition.

RADON GAS is odorless and colorless and is the second leading cause of lung cancer (after smoking) in this country. That's why the EPA, the FHA and the Surgeon General strongly recommend that ALL HOMES be tested.
